What lug width does my Seiko watch need?
Seiko dive watches like the Prospex line commonly use a 20mm or 22mm lug width, while dress models such as Premier and Presage often run 18mm to 20mm. Measure the inside gap between the lugs in millimeters to be sure, see our watch band sizing guide for the full video walkthrough.
Quick release or spring bar, which one fits my Seiko watch?
Quick release bands have a small lever built into the spring bar, so you can swap them by hand with no tool needed. Standard spring bar bands use a traditional pin and usually need a small spring bar tool to remove and install safely. Both styles are available for Seiko models, our installation guide covers both methods.
How do I resize a Seiko metal bracelet?
Most Seiko metal bracelets, including Jubilee and Oyster style bands, resize by removing links using pins or screws depending on the model, check the arrows stamped on the back before removing any. Will a curved end band fit my Seiko dive watch?
Many Seiko Prospex dive models use curved end bands that hug the case for a closer, factory original fit. If your original band has curved ends, match that when ordering, straight end bands fit most cases but can leave a small gap at the lugs.
