What forms of payment do you accept?

I do not have a credit card, how can I purchase from you?

If you do not have a credit card, you can still pay using PayPal. Go to www.paypal.com, open an account, then link your PayPal account to your bank account. After that, come back to our site, add the item to the shopping cart, and click Checkout with PayPal.

We do not accept bank transfers or direct debit payments sent directly to us. But you can use those methods through PayPal to pay us.

How can I find out how much an item is in my currency?

Our website is set up to automatically recognize what country the visitor is from and display prices in the local currency.

If for some reason that does not work for you, you can use any online currency converter to estimate the cost in your local currency.

Will I be charged in US Dollars or my currency?

From our end you will be charged in US Dollars. However, the charge that appears on your bank or credit card account will be in your local currency.

What shipping options do you offer for USA and International customers?

We offer the following shipping options to USA customers:

  • US Post Office Standard (Flat Cost: 5.99 USD). Estimated 2 to 7 days from the day of shipping. (USA, APO, FPO, and Territories).
  • US Post Office Priority Mail (Flat Cost: 9.95 USD). Estimated 2 to 3 days from the day of shipping. (USA, APO, FPO, and Territories).
  • US Post Office Express Mail (Flat Cost: 45.00 USD). Estimated 1 to 2 days from the day of shipping. (USA, APO, FPO, and Territories).

We offer the following shipping options to non USA (International) customers:

  • Canada Flat Rate 14.95 USD (approx. 5 to 14 days). 14.95 USD for the first item plus 5.00 USD for each additional item.
  • USPS First Class Mail International 19.95 USD (approx. 10 to 20 days). 196.95 USD for the first item plus 5.00 USD for each additional item.

Are delivery times guaranteed?

No. The delivery time frames listed above are estimates only. There are no guaranteed delivery times for international packages.

Customs clearance is a major factor in how fast an international package is delivered. In more than 95 percent of cases, the package arrives within the estimated time frame.

Will I have to pay any customs fees or taxes when the package is delivered?

International orders may be subject to government taxes and customs fees that are collected at the time of delivery. These charges are separate from the charge by Top One International Corp.

We recommend checking with your local post office or researching online to estimate customs fees and taxes before placing an order.

Are the packages you ship insured?

Yes. All packages shipped by Top One International are insured to cover against loss or damage during shipping.

Will I be notified when my package is shipped?

2. All merchandise returned to Top One International Corp for exchange or refund must be packed and insured properly to avoid loss or damage during shipping.
3. All returns must include a copy of the receipt and a note requesting a refund or an exchange.

The 90 Day Money Back period starts on the day the merchandise is delivered. Shipping charges are not refundable.
