All items must be returned in brand-new, resellable condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for used or worn watches. If, after trying on your watch, you decide it is not entirely to your liking, please follow the return instructions below.

You must return all original packaging and materials, including the factory box, booklet, plastic wraps, and any other items that were shipped with your order. All merchandise returned to Top One International Corp for exchange or refund must be securely packed and properly insured to prevent loss or damage during shipping.

All returns must include a copy of the original receipt and a note requesting either a refund or an exchange. The 90-day money-back period begins on the date the merchandise is delivered. Items that have been personalized or engraved with a name are not refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
